The Problem With the 911 Call Center
I think what we need here is clear evidence who dropped the ball. If the dispatch call center did not call anybody did not dispatch anybody, there lies your problem. That's easily fixed. You take the power back from that Preston's Berg call center and you put it back at Kentucky state police post nine. I'm sorry, but saving money is not worth risking lives. The other thing too is when you have the finger pointing going on, and that makes sense that you would have that because I believe that there will be a lawsuit in this case regarding the 911 or lack thereof 911 response.
