How to Build a Signboard Business

Kim has got two son and strollers but also runs a sign board business. She says she finds it incredibly difficult to find people who can do all the science. Kim: I've done some silly things which I've learned in my time where I've kind of led. The first employee needs to be an assistant some sort not a salesperson or marketing person someone that can do the stuff that just takes all your time up so you can get on to the better use of your time.
