The Logical Realignment of Geopolitics
There's a sort of a gradual realignment, though, isn't there? I mean, you do not think, in a sense, as you're saying, I mean, that your absolute rights is that there's a fudge, but there's also a logic. In contrast, for Japan and South Korea, the urgency of promoting democratic norms abroad is less clear-cup than it is in the case of the United States. John: It will be fascinating to see actually what happens politically for the key characters, but also how the hardening of or the deepening of those alliances then shape choices made by countries that essentially they're allied against.
