Chris: I wanted to share some interesting statistic that from our research, we found that within this process, there's really four things we're trying to do. And the first one is write your goals down. The second one is to break those goals down. So important in the last piece is to form powerful habits. Chris: It's not just what you're trying to accomplish, but what type of behaviors and habits you need to form so that you can become the kind of person that will achieve the goals that you set.
