How Does This Effect Weight Lifting Performance?

When you're in steady state exercise, you're not burning a hundred % of your calories from fat. You go into what's called glycolysis, where you're using primarily glucose. And then you go into oxidate of metabolism, where youre using a little more fan. None of these energy systems are 100% working by themselves at any point and time the other. They're all always operating. Just depending on what your activity is here, you might use one more than the other.
