China's Plan to Return Soil Samples From the Red Planet

The map was compiled using more than 17,000 images taken by the medium resolution camera on board the Tiananmen T. The final images has a resolution of 76 meters, which according to some Chinese media is the highest resolution color coded global map of the red planet. China plans to send a spacecraft there around the year 2030 - two years ahead of the Mars sample term project being run by NASA and the European Space Agency. It's going to be a key step because nobody has ever brought back soil samples from Mars.
