The Impact of Pragoshan on the Ukraine War

I'm guessing the impact is not really significant, at least at this point. The idea that wars would end just because there is a coup or destabilizing events in Russia is really not supported by historical events. But anytime you have destabilization in the system and the weakening of central powers, that's going to have ramifications down their own. What those might be is very difficult to predict.
