Weightlifting

I use weightlifting differently than other people. I get in and I bang out a bunch, like just a ton of reps. Why not get stronger? Because then you wouldn't need as much endurance in your fights if you got way stronger. My website is liftfightwin.com. John Valentine and I are doing another lift shoot fight workshop here in Wichita Falls in December. That's December 17th and 18th. We'll teach you how to lift. We'll hit the range and then we'll put it all together. We'll teaching you how to clinch and use your gun in the clinch.
