Is This Really True?

Roland Martin: It seems to me that this recent racial movement is unique or novel in that it primarily focuses on, on negativity and then constructs positivity afterwards. He says the hatred of white people comes first and like being pro black comes after. Martin: Is that actually true? Is that something that's historically new? And do you think that that's notable?
