What Did You Learn From Your First Job?

I feel like for me, since I'm an analyst, I have all this data at work, right? And then without going too much into detail, like the data will always be there. And then whatever analysis I want to do, I just like run it essentially. So I would say like 80% of my work is stuff that people hand to me Like it's like ad hoc reports or like dashboards that people request and stuff. But I enjoy having like a huge chunk of my work be whatever I kind of want.
