The author has written a book about the 'dicodomy of leadership' He says there are times when leaders can be too aggressive. This leads to people not knowing what's going on, so they don't know which way to go. The idea is that if you talk too much as a leader your team doesn't know how to respond. You want to balance this out and get it just right.
