The Psychology of Drawdowns
When you get somebody in a deep drawdown, unless he's changed something, or you've completely lost trust in what he's doing, then balance right back into the guy that's on the biggest drawdown. It seems like the industry does exactly the opposite though. Lots of noise, creating drawdowns. Lots of trending markets creating profitable periods to rebalance yourself when one trader makes too much money and is going crazy.
