Venture capitalist says real estate industry could implode if agents don't find new way to make money. Venture: "I think everybody out there listening who's got a management company should think about how can I take advantage of these realtors falling out of the real estate tree?" He thinks over 2 million realtors in the U.S. are forced to leave the industry, but as they're leaving he wants them to have an opportunity to stay and work from home.
