Why Is Griglish Taking the Man On?

Grealish has had to change his game this season. He's not the same player as a villa, he could get the ball wherever. But when he does get it, he doesn't have freedom to do what he wants. The city wingers are told they must establish themselves in the first five or 20 minutes of games and that means being dominant for those 15-20 minutes. Grealish is doing all these things but people aren't even expecting him to be in the team at all now. They're never getting that insight without having your eye on them. And we still don't even even if we do see stuff with our eyes, we don't interpret it properly.
