How to Be an Agile Sales Leader

A lot of sales leaders tie their reputation to their projects right and that's a problem because what happens is you get overcommitted people to the things that they invest in so I bought some software gosh back in October that has provided marginal value to the company. When it wasn't working I owned up to it  and here's the things that we're doing differently as a result. It's definitely about being being agile consuming that data you using it applying it and not being afraid to move on and kind of cut the line right which can be scary for a lot of people especially after you invested a great deal of time and energy into a project.
