Joe Biden Indicts Donald Trump

Sally Kohn: The idea that Biden is trying to take Donald Trump out of the race with this prosecution just doesn't make sense. She says it's a really unpatriotic and deeply cynical and pernicious thing that a lot of people are doing, because unless you let Donald Trump get away with committing crimes, the rule of law doesn't exist. Kohn: There's a double standard that Jonah, I think, just mentioned. And then there's a smaller group, who might be for a reason, saying nope, everything he did was legal on the up and up.
