How to Deal With the Fiscal Benefits of Immigration
The fiscal benefit of immigration should be about $2,500 per what we've called index immigrants. That's those who have recently arrived without a college degree. The additional resources that a school system gets to teach English as a second language is $150 per student. We want to put the majority of that through the education system and another third through the healthcare system.
