It looks like they've got some sort of mitigation here, which probably slug some internal ine features or pre fetching features. And i am not too sure how well the public would react to a 20 something % performance hit - especially if it gets rolled in at an operating system level. How much different is this from all of the unpleasantness that happened over apple slowing down eye phones to conserve battory life? Er, i dont know. It it's, it's a really difficult problem.
