Is There a Real Solution to DRC Mining?
When I heard them was like, do you talk about international wages based on what you are standard or no way standard or Canada standard in the mining industry? Do you really believe that all those mining companies will be willing to come and work in DRC with all these structural and governance issues? Because we tend to forget the cost of doing mining in those countries. So sometimes when you bring all those promises, you have to really put them in context of the country you're talking about. That's my question. And for me, when I was hearing him, I was like, this is a lot of talk,. A lot of talk that really doesn't match what really was happening.
