This idea that you can turn healthy food into junk food by using it at the wrong time, I think is really, really powerful. We call it social jet lag because it's not real jetlag. You're not doing jet travel, but your body thought because of social obligations and social events, you entered the wrong time. And since I've shifted my whole lifestyle and work patterns, everything to suit a rhythm that I can consistently do, and I'm lucky to be able to do that. Every part of my life gets better. Got function is better. Energy is better. I rarely get sick. All kinds of things start to happen.
