The Descriptors of the Aroma Wheel
We chose descriptors that are specific descriptors so our goal was that you can go to a supermarket or a close this grocery shop and actually find the the descriptors. For example they have a reference for a specific american blueberry brand but then if you are located in denmark you'll not be able to find exactly those blueberries. The purpose of this is education so we'll do what we can to include scientific principles with the flavor wheel because it distinguishes between mouth and flavors which happens in the nose. We've tried to kind of make it simple for education i mean a lot of times i hear that people don't identify with thedescriptors that are on coffee so
