Is There a Way to Foster More Independence?

I think right now people are terrifieda failing. Ndas long as they're terrified of making a mistake and failing, never get a tintes. I mean, einstein says, we cannot, we can't fix mistakes with the same thinking that we used to create those mistakes. And that's what we're doing. We're just terrified of making mistakes. When it's not the older generation, it's the newer, younger generation. They need to be it's ok to believe in yourself. It has to be embedded in the culture where you're meeting once a week and talking about some of the things that you id, that that didn't work out, and it's ok
