jerry jenkins baby is famous for saying repeatedly, think reader first. When you're writing he says, think readerFirst. But what i say in terms of a marketing and branding a standpoint  is, think visitor first. Think podcast listener first. You are thinking about your audience as you are creating this strategy. It really is true.
