How I Built a Very, Very Successful Practice
I used a very different pricing model to build a very, very successful practice. I was given away five or ten thousand dollars of fees in year one. And the difference was I could give them a way that services for free in year one and maybe charge them 50% of standard fees in year two. The interesting thing about that is now some 35 years later they still have enormous loyalty to Ernst & Young because we Ernst & Young at the time was there at the beginning.
