How to Train for Power Lifting

speed is important. You've got to break through plateaus, or break through sticking points in your lift. The faster you can get that bar moving, of course, the better opportunity you have to lock that out. I found the number one thing that helped me with speed, other than getting very strong, was using bands. And i think people recognize me as being a very explosive lifter.
