Is Joe Biden in the White House?

When the president is a very polarizing figure, it becomes harder for candidates in that party to run away from them. I think when it's someone like Biden, it might not make much of a difference either way. Joe Biden needs more than anything else is not affirmation by candidates campaigning with him now. He needs to do well better in the midterms than people expect.
