There is so much to say about this profession. It's very maldominated. There are plenty of meetings that i will join, or in environments where i am still the only female cells person and stakeholder. So there's opportunity there to get more people in, get more of that feminine energy into this profession - especially when it comes to technology. And then in fintech specifically, we have like seven per cent male leaders,.
