Women and Leadership in the Church

When I was Bishop of Durham some clergy could not regard me as their Bishop because they were in a different what we call a different integrity. How you can have two integrity is still quite tricky but I've always believed that there isn't something you should divide the church over. As with everything else it isn't always easy it doesn't always work the way you would like. Well let's go to some of the questions. And do you find yourself still able to work in concord with people who maybe hold a very different position on that?
