How Much Information Can You Communicate on the Label of Your Product?
In the California suit, the issue was with claims on Coke bottles that say the product is 100% recyclable. If you have to disclaim what you've just said, then you're not really gaining much in terms of consumer approval. All told, there's over 20 lawsuits brought by attorneys general against the fossil fuel industry, oil companies and so forth.
