Introduction
Hosea is back in time to the time period of Jeroboam II and this is up in the North in Israel. The main tribe that's showing leadership and leading out in the North is Ephraim. Hosea is a prophet in the North, contending against the wickedness of Ephrain who is leading that group into apostasy.
