In order for us to perform a real time benefit check, we need the eligibility information for the EMR. We need to know what insurance company they are affiliated with so we know where to send your interaction. And 40% of the time, that's just not there. That information is not in the EMC. So 40% ofthe time, we can't do anything about it. But we've started to fill in that gap with some cash pay informationSo that we get some sense of actionable pricing from every time.
