The Future of UX

We're still seeing organizations, as Jacob points out, that they don't have UX in their organizations. I struggled to think of a day maybe where a lot of the systems internally are replaced by voice interfaces or something designed by else one. But can you imagine a time where we're not going to have any time reporting systems or expense systems or journaling systems? Oh, I can imagine it. Not realistically, but I can Imagine it. No, definitely not.
