Sit down and ask them how they're doing, and just listen to them. Be there physically. Talk about what they want to talk about. And everybody is different. Just one say, sincerely, how are you doing? And listen, setly. You know, the story like reminds me of, i event wan to tink of my parents. They go through so many things,. i forget that they're human, you know, i forget thatThey're human and think of them to be invincible. But then we see that something is wrong, and, and suddenly we're scared to tell the ask if they need help.
