What if We Could Have an Exit by Retroactive Public Goods Funding?
Chase: HyperSerts is a new way to measure impact. He says it would allow anyone who wants to have an impact on the world to issue their own hyper cert, which they can sell for money. The idea is that people could use this certification as proof of good work and get funding from VCs in order to fund public goods projects like clean energy or poverty alleviation. Chase: If we take carbon credits and generalize them to any vector of impact, you're able to fund your impact dial with these primitive of hyper certs.
