I was actually going to bring up state interviews. I know a lot of employers do the exit interviews, and by that point it's too late,. tis they're already walking out the door. But the state interviews, they build trust between the manager and employee. And my question usually is, what makes you wake up and get excited about coming to work? They usually will say some fun things. Is like, with people, i enjoy spending the day with.
