Rational Reminder is this super technical academic show by these two delightfully nerdy Canadian wealth managers. Some of their male followers, some of them were outraged that they would invite a woman on the show to discuss gender differences and financial outcomes. A common comment was that Rebecca didn't have evidence to back up her claims. Now Ben and Cameron go on to explain how there are actually ample studies that confirm the ideas Rebecca raised in the initial interview.

Sure, individual responsibility is important—but when we try to solve complex, collective problems with individual exceptionalism, we create a recipe wherein quality of life for all but a select few worsens over time.
