Doubs and the Draft Opinion

Senate minority leader mitch mc connell is one of the republicans calling for the justice department to investigate and prosecute the leaker. But what would they be prosecuted for? A wishful thinking. The leaking, as junior and i have discussed before, is not, by self, a crime. In the national security space, there are criminal statutes that are specifically about leaking classide information. Whatever else you might say about the draft opinion and doubs, it wasn't classifiedright?
