Is Machine Learning a Form of Data Mining?
The question is er whether what's been learned mining the historical data a recognizes signals that persist into the future. And then testing a test to see the or not there's been generalization. If i'm going to consider any alternatives at all, i might as well consider a whole lot ofthem and then see whether or not i've found something. So there is definitely data we need it. There's no way that we can tell whether a profitable signals exist in the data without doing a search. But data mining is definitely a part of proces.
