PFA S's in Waterproof Mascaras
Pia's video suggests that 82% of waterproof mascaras have PFA S's. She would really search deep down for some compelling evidence about why they're okay. Just because an ingredient is in the same class doesn't mean it is the same or it's going to function the same.
