Reduce Insulin Resistance With These Four Nutrients

Nutrients include vitamin D, magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, and iodine. When you put those four nutrients that are lacking in modern life, together, they synergize to contribute to reducing insulin resistance. So we reverse insulin resistance. How do you do that? You eliminate foods that provoke blood sugar and thereby high levels of insulin. What foods are those? Wheat grains and sugars.
