Casey: Ravi, what ultimately was the explanation for this systemic stuff that we waited early or heavier early on and then as we got to the imaging sort of thought, probably not related? I really don't have an explanation. This is a young, pretty healthy woman with something happening in the acute timeframe in the central nervous system when you frame it that way. It's hard not to think about demyelinating disease, especially once we've ruled out HIV infection. And so the only things that maybe threw us off a little bit were ring enhancing, though you can see tomb effective MS and maybe it was an incomplete ring.
