Government and industry are waiting for animal agriculture to figure out their next play in plant-based. I think they might shift industry just as Cargill has gone from a meat company to a protein company in its name. The problem is besides the fact that it's bad for animals, as you mentioned, it's intolerable for the climate. We need a near total global replacement of animal agriculture by 2050 to have a chance at meeting Paris climate goals.
