The State's Impact on Tax Receptions

The big winners in terms of the migration is Florida and Texas. The states that are getting crushed is California, New York, and then Illinois. But my concern on a credit side is that they're going to have to increase services. And so you really want to find the states that get benefit, but don't have to, you know, have a lot of pressure on the spend.
