Is There a Deterministic Environment on Chain?

The nature of the problem is that everything is transparent, if i'm understanding. So you're saying, there could be something that just like, simulates what's going to happen when you do something, and the dump just does it itself. Instead ye and it's amazing iss a deterministic environment on chain. But ye, like anyone can just simulate the effect of a transaction. And obviously is way too fast for any any human to make decisions based on it. Bor the program can just like shoet off atrans as a result of sene of seeing something like that.
