Are You Focusing on Subscriber Growth?
Disney is jacking price by 38% or forcing advertising on to their entire subscriber base in the US starting in December. Subscriber growth really is not going to be a major driver of Disney anymore. I think it's much more about monetization. And so if you focus on subscribers, you're probably going to miss the Disney story too.
