Is There a Difference Between Charter Schools and Public Schools?
In most states, charter school teachers are not unionized. By not being unionized, the school leader has more autonomy around firing them and giving them more money. I think we need to get to a place where the traditional system is treating these charter schools the same way that they treat magnet schools.
