The Role of Parent in the Development of Successful Leaders

You're coaching some very prominent, very successful leaders in the world. How do you see your role with them? It's very different as a parent and not because it should be, but because it is. As long as that exists, there will be there necessarily must be interference. And so the greatest role that I can provide is the one that I haven't provided yet.I have done okay, but nowhere near the nowhere near perfection.
