The Importance of Earned Secure Attachment
I scored secure attachment, which if you would have known me as a child in the 20s or even my 30s, that wouldn't have made a whole lot of sense. And I think it's going to really, really legalistic home, mostly from my mom she was very religious,. and I had a dad that was very critical, and would withdraw for long periods like sometimes weeks at a time where he would not acknowledge anyone in the house when he went to that place. It's been earned secured attachment through my marriage and through having a wife that you know has been pretty amazing and has helped me earn that secure attachment.
