Is the Kitogenic Diet Good for Your Epilepsy?
i'm familia with the kitogen diet, not the therapeutic version. Could it be this phenomenon to be driven by a combination of bad fat and a lot of carbohydrates? It's possible. i think in my experience being on a petogenic diet, one of the reasons why i found it effective at lr cutting down and losing weight is that it's difficult to get that much fat into your body. You have to force feed yourself to et like, that much fat. And i think naturally, you know, that helps you to kind of, like,you know, not put on a lot of weight, and, in fact, lose some weight.
