Having a Community in Service Day Is Really Important
I think having regular check-ins with folks whether it's like just a monthly fun call or we call them community in service days is really important. Having these relationships with folks because they're the boots on the ground and they'll tell you things that you might might have missed in the past few weeks oh totally some of the best intel you can get right yeah. I've actually been one of the leaders that was recruited by another company to to do programming such as this. You can dance a line of like creating a really toxic click or creating an incredibly safe and supportive environment with real leadership, he says.
